How it’s actually built
Credentials
API keys live in the OS keychain, not in a config file or .env the app ships.
Tool calls
Each API call is a real tool call inside the agent loop. The response feeds straight back into what the model reasons over next.
Extensions
Each one is TypeScript, covered by tests, and called against the live API once before it’s marked ready.
Live vs. snapshot
An opened share link shows the data it was sent with. Ask a follow-up and it queries again, live.
